Korean clinics price lifting by 'shots' (lines of energy: 300 shots ≈ lower face, 600 ≈ full face), injectables by 'cc' (Rejuran 2cc = one full-face session) or by 'areas' (Botox 1 / 3 / 5 areas), and lasers per session or per 'toning' pass. Prices are quoted without 10% VAT, event prices are time-limited discounts, and 'doctor of your choice' is a separate fee (KRW 100,000 at Mio).
Glossary
- Shots
- Number of energy lines or pulses delivered (Ultherapy, Thermage, Shurink, Oligio). More shots = larger area, not stronger energy.
- cc
- Volume of injectable. Rejuran Healer 2cc, filler per 1cc.
- Areas
- Botox regions: forehead, glabella, crow's feet, etc. 3 areas is the standard upper-face set.
- Toning
- A low-energy full-face laser pass (PicoSure, Genesis) for overall tone; a 'course' is 5–10 sessions.
- Event price
- Discounted price valid for a period; Mio updates monthly.
- Domestic / imported
- Korean-made (domestic) vs imported product — mainly for toxins and fillers.
- First day / last day
- Mio's trip-timing tag: do early vs do at the end of your stay.
