What is Mio Clinic's refund policy?

Mio Clinic follows the Korea Consumer Agency's dispute resolution standard for skin treatments. Before treatment starts, your payment is refunded minus 10% of the contract amount. After treatment starts, the refund is your payment minus the sessions already used (at the regular single-session price) and minus 10% of the total. If a serious side effect occurs, the clinic provides additional treatment until it improves.

• Packages and event prices: remaining sessions are refunded after the sessions used are charged at the regular single-session price.
• Injectables (Botox, filler, fat-dissolving injections and similar): results depend on how each body responds, so dissatisfaction with the shape, a milder effect than expected or a mild reaction to the product is not refunded. Serious side effects are treated until they improve.
• Lasers: serious side effects are treated until they improve.
• If a dispute cannot be settled, it goes to the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency.
