- Avoid alcohol, saunas, Korean heated rooms (jjimjilbang), strenuous exercise, and activities that may trigger inflammation or strain the body for 1 week.
- Combining treatment with gentle stretching or aerobic exercise can help the body clear destroyed fat cells more efficiently and enhance treatment results.
